DAILY BREAD
WHEN GOD TURNS BROKEN PIECES INTO A PERFECT PLAN OR AMASTERPIECE FOR YOU**Anchor Scripture: 2 Kings 13.20-21 NKJV**[20] Then Elisha died, and they buried him. And the raiding bands from Moab invaded the land inthe spring of the year. [21] So it was, as they were burying a man, that suddenly they spied a bandof raiders; and they put the man in the tomb of Elisha; and when the man was let down andtouched the bones of Elisha, he revived and stood on his feet.***This year is the year of experiencing the manifestation of the power of REDEMPTION. This iswhy we are learning such truths so that we are positioned to receive all that God has prepared forus. This is the year God is turning your mess into a miracle.*From our anchor scripture, we are at a point in time where Elisha, the successor of Elijah isdead and has been buried. Israel is without a prophet at this moment, and we know that whenElijah and Elisha were active in Israel, they were a preservation for Israel.**Scripture: 2 Kings 2.12 NKJV- When you had Elisha and Elijah, you did not need an army sotheir deaths marked the end of the protection over Israel. This is why, after they died, differenttribes, such as Moab, started to attack them at will.**Scripture: Numbers 22.6 NKJV- The presence of God was with Israel that even Balaam theprophet couldn’t do anything against them under Balak’s order.*Scripture: 2 Kings 13.20 NKJV- At the same time when Elisha had died, another man died. Asthe funeral procession saw that the Moabites were coming, they ended up putting the man in thetomb of Elisha. This shows that the tomb of Elisha was easily accessible to these men. The moment the bodyof the dead man fell on the bones of Elisha, he was revived.*Many of us relate to curated encounters but we are not familiar with divine encounters. Manytimes we are accustomed to organised and orderly interventions of God yet there is more.We should examine ourselves and see how often we have prayed for miracles but becausethey did not come the way we expected them we rebuked the very chaos that was meant toposition us. This is because we do not know the ways of God.**Scripture: Psalms 103.7 NKJV- this is one of the most primal consecrations of a Christian; toknow the ways of God (Proverbs 23.26). It is possible to work against the order of God becauseyou do not know how he works.** Take for instance, if the Moabites never came then the man would not have resurrected yet itwas easy to see the attack as bad.*Not all attacks come to bury us but some are actually encouraged by God. The presence ofchaos is not the absence of God. God allowed the Moabites to attack….*
